DevOps Engineer

I look after the clusters, pipelines, and cloud accounts that production quietly runs on. When a deploy goes out at midnight, my job is that nobody notices.

Infrastructure that
stays out of the way

I'm Rishikesh, a DevOps engineer in Kathmandu, Nepal. Day to day I look after Kubernetes clusters, Terraform-managed AWS accounts, and the pipelines that carry code from a merged pull request to production without anyone holding their breath.

Right now I'm at Rara Labs, running a mix of AWS and bare-metal. Before that I was the only infrastructure engineer at RevKeter, a US startup, where I owned the whole stack — ECS, DNS, certificates, and the dashboards everyone checked when something felt off.

I'd rather spend a week automating a chore than do it twice by hand, and I'm a little particular about clear alerts and logs you can actually read. Outside work, I volunteer with AWS User Group Women in Tech Nepal and show up regularly at DevOps Kathmandu meetups.

Where I've worked

Apr 2026 — present

DevOps Engineer

Rara Labs  ·  Kathmandu, Nepal

Run a mix of on-premise and AWS infrastructure, keeping Kubernetes clusters provisioned and in sync with Terraform and Ansible across both. Set up Wazuh for SIEM and threat detection, and built GitHub Actions pipelines that roll out microservices without downtime. Wired everything into Prometheus and Grafana so trouble shows up on a dashboard before it shows up in a ticket.

DevOps Engineer

RevKeter LLC  ·  Remote

The only infrastructure engineer at a US startup, owning AWS from day one. Wrote the Terraform modules behind ECS, VPC, RDS, ALB, and S3 across dev, staging, and production, and built a GitHub Actions and ECR pipeline that took the manual steps out of releases entirely. Set up the CloudWatch dashboards and alarms the team relied on to see what production was actually doing.
